This mantel can be custom manufactured to your specifications in "Normal" sizes, "Large" sizes, or "Extra-Large" sizes.  Lead time is approximately 3 to 4 weeks depending on factory production backlogs.  All prices listed below include freight.  Mantels can be ordered 5 different ways: Paint Grade Unfinished, Paint Grade Primed Only, Paint Grade Primed and Factory Finished, Stain Grade Unfinished, Stain Grade Stained and Factory Finished.  Click here for stain color options.  This mantel is also available in a "Quick-Ship" model which is typically a factory stock item.  "Quick-Ship" mantels normally ship within 3 to 5 working days.  (Navigate to the bottom of this page for quick ship information and size specifications)  No additional options or modifications are available with "Quick Ship" mantels.  

Custom Options:    Additional options may be added to further customize mantel orders.  These include the addition of carved or embossed onlays (when not part of the standard units original design), upgrading to more exotic hardwood species, or substituting solid hardwood lumber in places where we would typically use hardwood plywood veneers.  Available options are listed under the "Standard Pricing" grid at the bottom of this page.

How to Order Custom Mantels:   Purchasing custom mantels is very simple.  Just check one of the "buy" boxes in the "Standard Pricing" price grid below.  If you want additional features included with your mantel which are listed in the second price grid, click the appropriate "buy" buttons in that price grid as well.  Once you have checked all of the appropriate "buy" buttons you will then be asked to place those items in your shopping cart and proceed to "checkout".   Once the purchase is complete you will receive a written confirmation of your order via email and your order will be in our sytem within seconds.  Orders will be forwarded to the factory within 24 hours.

Specifications:  Once you have purchased your mantel via the shopping cart check out process, we still need one additional bit of information to build your mantel.  That information includes the dimensions and a description of any unique installation requirements you may have.  You can use your "back" arrows to navigate back to this page  and click the "Specification" button below to provide us with that information.  Once all the appropriate information is filled out, click the submit button and we will receive your specifications instantly. If we have any questions as to your specs we will contact you by phone.

"Quick-Ship" Mantels:  If your application allows you to use a "Quick Ship" mantel and you can live with the standard dimensions they are manufactured with, you can save some money as well as shorten the lead times in receiving your mantel.  It is also not necessary to send us any further specifications since it is not a custom unit.  To purchase the Quick Ship version of this mantel navigate to the bottom of this page and click the appropriate "buy" button.  A list of standard specifications are listed just below the prices which will let you determine if the "Quick Ship" mantel will meet your needs.

What is the definition of a  Normal, Large" or Extra Large mantel?

Normal Sizes:   A = No more than 78"     B = No more than 70"
Large Sizes:   A = No more than 86"     B = No more than 78"
Extra Large:   A = Over 86"     B = Over 78"

AND....

Normal Sizes:   Top depth not to exceed 8",  Bottom depth not to exceed 4"
Large Sizes:   Top depth not to exceed 10",  Bottom depth not to exceed 6"
Extra Large:   Top depth over 8",  Bottom depth over 6"
