Returns:
Returns will be accepted no late
than 30 days from the date of delivery to the customer. No
returns will be accepted on custom or special orders.
All returns are subject to a 25% handling and restocking charge.
All returns must be in saleable condition. No credit will be
given on unauthorized returns.
Warranty
Defects on damaged goods must be
reported upon receipt and prior to installation. Wood
products must be maintained under stable humidity and temperature
conditions for warranty to apply. Wood is a very unstable
material and must be properly sealed and finished to maintain
stability. Flex mouldings and trim can crack if stressed
beyond maximum radius limits. Pearlworks will not warranty
any flex moulding beyond replacement of material only.
Liability shall not exceed the replacement cost of our products.
